Yoga retreat in Alghero [Riposa – Respira – Rinasci]

After the success of the “Yoga and Numerology” residential Workshop, the collaboration between Aquarian Age Company and the Rifugio di Mare continues with this new proposal: a week of vacation and personal growth within the Porto Conte Regional Park, an oasis of peace and beauty in the north of Sardinia.
Nature is the ideal space to find your breath, release tensions and take back your physical and mental space.
Each day will begin with yoga practices in an enchanting setting and will continue with numerology sessions to understand your own blocks and begin to overcome them.
In the afternoon, in collaboration with some local realities, we have planned outdoor experiences to explore and get involved. SUP or kayak trips, bike or horseback excursions are just some of the proposed activities. But there will also be an opportunity to relax and explore the historical and archaeological beauties of Alghero.
The period chosen is one of the best to make this experience: the chaos of summer is now a distant memory, the beaches are empty, the climate is milder, and the light, colors and scents are still able to give all the beauty of the summer season.
