Trekking a Punta Giglio, fra natura e falesie

The natural area of Punta Giglio, inside the Porto Conte Park, is a concentration of biodiversity.
In just a few kilometers, several habitats of naturalistic interest coexist. The variety of landscapes will also leave you breathless: from pine forests to scrubland, from cliffs to woods.
The trek also includes a stop with snacks at the Rifugio di Mare.
Trekking at Punta Giglio: brief description of the activity
- Hiking route (E) suitable for people with good physical preparation.
- The circular route does not present any technical difficulties and runs along mostly shady paths.
- A certified guide will accompany you showing you all the biodiversity of this splendid natural area!
Departure scheduled from the entrance of the Punta Giglio natural area to arrive, through suggestive paths, at the former military battery SR413. Here you can enjoy a snack and visit the open-air museum. Return along the coastal path with a break at Cala Bramassa.
Timetable and details
The excursion is carried out every day from April to October upon reservation and is subject to operator availability. Time slots may vary depending on weather conditions. The total duration of the excursion is 4 hours.
What to bring
- It is recommended to wear clothing appropriate to the season (preferably layered) and to bring at least 2 litres of water.
- Hiking shoes mandatory.
- In the warmer months it will be possible to stop for a swim at Cala Bramassa: bring your swimsuit and a change of clothes!

The activity does not include:
Electric shuttle to be agreed separately for those who do not want to return on foot (service to be booked, cost €5 per person return)
What to bring:
In addition to what is indicated, we recommend bringing fruit or light snacks. For evening excursions, we recommend a headlamp, insect repellent and a windbreaker.
